One good test is worth a thousand experts opinion

Dis-Ease, means you have a moment of loss of the ease of living by something that has changed the homeostasis. In other words something disrupted the balance or equilibrium.

So what causes dis-ease?

An attack.

Attack from outside or from within.

What can attack us from within?

Out thoughts

Our Sleep ( or lack thereof )

Our bacteria in the gut

How our genes respond to any insult or attack or trigger or help from the environment.( Epigenetics)

What can Attack us from outside?

Our food

Our Air ( chemicals, virus , bacteria )

Our water

Our land ( toxins, unevenness and falls )

Can you anticipate an attack?

Yes usually.

What you need is awareness.

Are you aware when you don’t sleep well?

Are you aware when you eat unhealthy?

Are you aware when you drink too much?

Are you aware you don't have good bowel movements?

Are you aware that your skin is irritated? ( eczema, psoriasis, acne…)

Are you aware when you are in a toxic relationship?

Are you aware that you pay your job more( with your time , health, sleep and life ) than what it pays you?

Are you aware that chronic physical pain is from chronic mental stress?

Sometimes the attack is from all sides.

How do you survive an attack and then thrive from the after math?

“Doctors put drugs of which they know little into bodies of which they know less for diseases of which they know nothing at all.”

This is where you and your doctor work in the same direction.

If you or your doctor is passive the imbalance continues.

Identifying the attack accurately and fully is where we can fail.

Things that compromise this process are — lack of time, lack of knowledge of testing, lack of education both of the doctor and the patient.

Dogma has no place in healing.

Patient leads the healing process,

The doctor controls the damage till the patient can start healing.

So why do we have so much dis-ease?

“God is a comedian playing to an audience that is too afraid to laugh.”

Only one reason — Lack of awareness.

The first step is-

Awareness both as a patient and as a doctor

Second is honesty — that there are so many unknowns.

Patients who believe the doctor has all answers will fail to heal

Doctors who believe they have all the answers will fail to treat.

So what is a solution?

“Think for yourself and let others enjoy the privilege of doing so too.”
Voltaire, Traité sur la tolérance, à l’occasion de la mort de Jean Calas

Humility, awareness, partnership and knowledge.

The above are the ingredients that will cure Dis-ease.

Knowledge takes time and practice

Awareness comes with honesty.

Humility allows us to learn.

And partnership is the only way one can heal. The doctor is not stressed by time or legal issues and the patient is not stressed by impatience and is not complacent in their own journey.
